AF Trenching Ltd
has been manufacturing quality trenching equipment since the late 60's and has built an international reputation which is coveted by many of its rivals.
AFT Trenchers supply a wide range of customers from civil engineering, plant hire, agricultural and military sectors with a diverse range of trenching equipment carefully designed for general purpose mounting onto tractors, excavators and skidsteer loaders, as well as custom built equipment for the very specific requirements of the military, railway and mining industries.

| The AFT range includes: | | | AFT 45 - Compact Tractor Mounted Trencher
The AFT 45 is designed for use with compact tractors from 20-45hp. It can be fitted with various digging booms for depths of up to 1.2m and chains for widths of up to 200mm. Alternatively, a litting wheel can be used for depths up to 450mm and widths up to 70mm. A total soil clear-up system is also available with both options.
 | | | AFT 100 - Tractor Mounted Trencher
The AFT 100 is designed to fit tractors from 60-120hp and can dig trenches up to 1.6m deep and 300mm wide. It can be used with augers or with a complete soil clear-up system. Laser grading and pipe laying captions are available and a creep speed drive system can be built into the trencher for use with tractors without Creep Speed gearboxes fitted.
 | | | AFT Wizz Wheels 55 & 75 - Tractor Mounted Wheels
The AFT Wizz Wheel series is designed to fit tractors from 60-120hp. These high performance slit trenchers can dig trenches of up to 125mm wide to a depth of 550mm or 750mm respectively. The Wizz Wheel 75 has a hydraulic crumber and both machines have full soil clear-up systems.
 | | | AFT Dual Use Hopper
The AFT Dual Use Hopper system has been designed to backfill the narrow drainage trenches made by the Wizz Wheel series and the AFT 45 slitting wheel. The Dual Use Hopper offers controlled depth filling of gravel with a compacted layer of sand to finish off.
